Full-cycle recruitment process
Screening drivers (MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, work history, etc.)
Daily communication with drivers via phone, text, and email
Coordinating orientation and onboarding
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in US trucking recruiting (MANDATORY)
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Organized, persistent, and goal-oriented
