ELD Operator – Skopje Office

We are looking for a responsible, analytical, and communicative individual for the position of ELD Operator (Electronic Logging Device Operator) to join the Wersirius team. This role plays a key part in monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining the accuracy of electronic logs (ELD) in compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations. The position has a direct impact on the company’s safety, compliance, and reputation, with close collaboration across all operational departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reviewing drivers’ ELD logs in real time through tracking systems
• Analyzing HOS (Hours of Service) data and identifying irregularities, violations, and technical errors
• Contacting drivers to clarify and correct identified log issues
• Making corrections in the system in accordance with FMCSA regulations and internal procedures
• Providing technical and operational support to drivers regarding ELD devices and applications
• Ensuring all logs are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
• Preparing and submitting daily and weekly reports to the ELD Manager regarding compliance and errors
• Collaborating with the Safety team to prevent and resolve recurring violations
• Participating in training new drivers on ELD logging rules and FMCSA standards
• Contributing to maintaining a high level of safety culture within the company

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ELD administration, HOS monitoring, or transportation operations (preferred)
• Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations, especially HOS rules
• Experience working with ELD devices and related software (preferred)
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Proficiency in computer use and digital platforms
• Active knowledge of English (written and spoken)
