Swick Logistics is a third-party (3PL) freight brokerage company with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients and trusted carriers. Our goal at SWICK is to provide the best possible service at any time of the day and night. It is our duty to make sure that clients’ goods are transported on time and securely with our logistic services. We are available 24/7/365, to provide up-to-the-minute tracking on all our loads.

 

Role Description

Our reputation is built on the quality of our service, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Tracking Specialist. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of our tracking systems and monitoring shipments, maintaining communication with clients and carriers, and resolving any issues.

NOTE: This is a full-time onsite role located in Novi Sad, Serbia.

You will work second shift , five days a week, including the weekend (two days off).

 

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Shipment tracking, locating and coordinating the movement of the freight
  • Providing support and updates to drivers and customers
  • High-level focus on customer service
  • Always updating customers if there are any delays or unexpected situations
  • Solving problems that could affect on-time delivery
  • Making sure freight is loaded/unloaded correctly, and documents match, collecting paperwork
  • Identifying any special needs for each load and prioritizing time-sensitive loads

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in logistics (in the same or a similar role) is required.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

To provide excellent service, our new colleague should have strong verbal and written communication skills. It is preferable for them to be able to multitask and pay attention to detail and be eager for additional knowledge and development. Also, effective problem-solving skills, organization and strong work ethic are critical for success in this role.
