Swick Logistics is a third-party (3PL) freight brokerage company with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients and trusted carriers. Our goal at SWICK is to provide the best possible service at any time of the day and night. It is our duty to make sure that clients’ goods are transported on time and securely with our logistic services. We are available 24/7/365, to provide up-to-the-minute tracking on all our loads.

Role Description:

Our reputation is built on the quality of our service and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a TMS Operator. Your responsibility will be to assist the booking team members by monitoring emails, shipments and documentation. The ideal candidate must be communicative and proactive. Please note that work from the office in Novi Sad is mandatory.

You will work five days a week, Monday-Friday, 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring emails
• Entering data from documentation into the system
• Sending documentation to carriers
• Checking data and their validity
• Assisting team members in setting up shipments

Qualifications:

Previous experience in logistics is not required.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Strong multitasking and time management skill
• Organized, communicative and detail-oriented
• Proactivity
• Strong work ethic
