As our fleet, operations, and claim volume continue to grow, we’re expanding our Belgrade team and looking for a Claims Assistant / Specialist who wants more than just another job.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate confidently, stay organized under pressure, and become an important part of a department that directly protects our company, our drivers, and our reputation.

About the Role
This is an important position within our growing Claims team.

You’ll be involved in the claims process from the initial report through resolution, working closely with insurance adjusters, internal departments, drivers, and other parties involved in each case.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to grow together with the department and take on increasing responsibility as AAM Network continues to expand.

What You’ll Do
Manage and follow claims from initial report through closure
Prepare, organize, and submit required claims documentation
Communicate directly with insurance adjusters, carriers, drivers, and internal teams
Track claim status and proactively follow up on outstanding items
Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready records
Identify delays, discrepancies, missing documentation, and potentially problematic claims
Coordinate with Safety, Fleet, Operations, and Management when necessary
Help improve internal claims procedures as the department continues to grow

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or a similar role is required.

Experience within the U.S. trucking, transportation, insurance, claims, or safety industry is strongly preferred.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, responsible, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable handling multiple active cases at the same time.

Strong written and spoken English is essential, as you’ll communicate directly with U.S.-based partners, adjusters, and internal teams.

Knowledge of trucking claims, insurance documentation, DOT/FMCSA procedures, accident files, or transportation operations is a strong advantage.
