U.S. Truck Dispatcher — Novi Sad Office

$2,000–$3,000/month + performance bonuses
Full-time, office-based position in Novi Sad. Not remote.

Bard Logistics is a branch of Bard Transport Inc., a U.S.-based trucking company operating up to 100 trucks nationwide. Our fleet consists entirely of company drivers, with brand-new trucks and trailers and a clean MC. We have no owner-operators or lease-purchase drivers.

What the Job Actually Is

  • Find and book the best available loads for your trucks based on current market conditions.
  • Place trucks on dedicated freight and projects whenever opportunities are available.
  • Book rates per mile (RPM) above the relevant DAT van benchmark for your region.

That’s the job. Full stop.

What’s Off Your Plate

Our tracking and after-hours team handles 100% of check calls, status updates, paperwork, routine communication, and TMS data entry.

Your focus is booking the most suitable load at the highest rate.

Regions We Cover

  • Primary: Midwest and Texas.
  • Occasional: Southeast, West, and Northeast.
  • We do not run the Northwest.

How the Team Works

  • Dispatchers work as one team, with shared responsibility for trucks and coverage.
  • No dispatcher is left to manage a separate group of trucks alone.
  • The Operations Manager provides daily guidance, with mentoring from senior lead dispatchers as you grow.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on dispatch experience in U.S. trucking.
  • A strong understanding of load boards, rate negotiation, and DAT benchmarks.
  • Professional, driver-first communication.
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to support other dispatchers.
  • The ability to make fast, sound decisions under pressure and manage a full board without overlooking a truck.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Fluent Spanish is a big plus. Candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish may also be considered without industry experience—we will train you from scratch.

Compensation & Bonuses

Fixed salary: $2,000–$3,000 per month.

Performance bonuses are tied to measurable results, including:

  • RPM compared with the relevant DAT van benchmark for your region.
  • Lower average load weight.
  • Strong driver relationships and retention.
  • Getting trucks moving on time with minimal deadhead.
  • Booking dedicated and project loads in advance.

Working Hours & Location

  • Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM.
  • Saturday and Sunday: As needed.
  • Location: Our Novi Sad office.
