Box truck dispatcher

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in the US trucking industry
Strong experience with partial loads (partials) and load consolidation
Experience using DAT and other load boards
Established broker relationships and direct contacts are a big plus
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to plan profitable routes and minimize empty miles
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
