Track & Trace Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Track & Trace Specialist to join our growing trucking operations team in Nis office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring active loads, communicating with drivers and customers, and providing operational support.

Responsibilities:
– Monitor active loads from pickup to delivery.
– Communicate with drivers regarding load status, delays, and ETA updates.
– Proactively identify and resolve transit issues.
– Maintain accurate shipment records and provide real-time updates to customers and brokers.
– Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is needed.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
