TRACK & TRACE OFFICER – ONSITE

AAM Network Inc is looking for an experienced and reliable Track & Trace officer and specialist to join our growing team.

If you have experience in the U.S. trucking industry, strong communication skills, and know how to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to hear from you.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the U.S. trucking industry
Fluent English – written and spoken
Spanish is considered a strong advantage
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to work onsite and in shifts
Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Tracking and monitoring shipments throughout the entire load process
Maintaining daily communication with drivers, brokers, and other partners
Providing accurate and timely load status updates
Collecting and organizing load documentation
Coordinating with dispatch, accounting, safety, and other departments
Identifying and resolving load-related issues
Keeping all relevant information and systems up to date
Building professional and cooperative relationships with drivers, brokers, and vendors
