AAM Network Inc. is looking for an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the U.S. trucking industry

• Recruiting experience preferred

• Knowledge of MVR, PSP and driver qualification processes

• Strong English communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and communicate with CDL drivers

• Review applications, MVR and PSP reports

• Coordinate background checks, drug tests and onboarding

• Maintain candidate records and follow up with applicants
