***Key Responsibilities

– Develop and expand new customer relationships

– Build and grow profitable lanes

– Help improve internal brokerage processes and performance

– Support and guide brokers with strategy, pricing, and operations

– Identify new market opportunities and growth strategies

– Work closely with management to scale the brokerage operation

***What We’re Looking For

– Proven experience in U.S. freight brokerage

– Strong customer base or ability to bring new accounts

– Solid understanding of lanes, pricing, and carrier relations

– Strong communication and negotiation skills

– Leadership mindset and problem-solving ability
