Dispatcher for 53ft dry van

Avala Express LLC d.o.o. Surčin is a transportation company based in Surčin since 2020. We are currently looking for an experienced Dispatcher for 53ft Dry Van to join our team, contribute to our success, and grow together with us. If you are motivated, organized, and have experience in dispatching, this is the right opportunity for you.

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in 53ft dry van transportation on the U.S. market
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with the U.S. transportation market
• Familiarity with DAT load board is required
• Experience with software such as Active, Sylectus, Panther, and Load1 is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating loads with brokers
• Active communication with drivers
• GPS tracking and monitoring of drivers
• Data entry into the system and progress tracking
