ELD Specialist

Responsibilities:

Daily communication with drivers
Knowledge of electronic logging devices and compliance regulations
Provide expert support to drivers regarding ELD platforms and systems
Monitor and analyze the performance of ELD systems and implement improvements
Resolve technical issues with ELD systems
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications/Skills:

Minimum high school degree
Experience with Eld platforms and systems is preferred but not required as training will be provided
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Organized, communicative and detail-oriented person
Ability to multitask
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in the field of electronic platforms and systems
