ELD Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with drivers
• Knowledge of electronic logging devices and compliance regulations
• Provide expert support to drivers regarding ELD platforms and systems
• Monitor and analyze the performance of ELD systems and implement improvements
• Resolve technical issues with ELD systems
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum high school degree
• Experience with Eld platforms and systems is preferred but not required as training will be provided
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Organized, communicative and detail-oriented person
• Ability to multitask
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in the field of electronic platforms and systems
