Truck Driver Recruiter – Novi Sad / Remote

Bard Transport Inc. is looking for an experienced truck driver recruiter to work with our growing U.S. trucking company.
The position can be based from our office in Novi Sad or can be fully remote.

We currently operate approximately 130 trucks, including brand-new
Peterbilts and Freightliner Cascadias, primarily pulling 53′ dry vans.

We are open to two different recruiting arrangements:

Option 1 – Exclusive Full-Time Recruiter

This option is for someone who wants to work exclusively with Bard Transport and become part of our recruiting team.

• Fixed monthly salary
• Additional bonus for every driver hired
• Monthly advertising budget provided by the company
• Advertising budget will be based on the agreed recruiting targets
• Recruiting would be focused exclusively on Bard Transport

Option 2 – Independent Recruiter

This option is for an independent recruiter who already has their own advertising,
lead sources, driver database, or established recruiting channels.

• You operate independently and generate your own leads
• You use your own advertising and recruiting channels
• You are compensated for every driver successfully hired by Bard Transport
• No exclusivity is required
• Compensation per hired driver can be negotiated based on experience and expected volume

Who We Are Looking For

We are especially interested in recruiters who already have experience recruiting
CDL Class A drivers for U.S. trucking companies.

Experience with platforms such as Craigslist, Indeed, Facebook, driver databases,
social media, referrals, or other driver recruiting channels is a plus.
