We are looking for a dedicated Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Serbia. You will keep our American fleet running smoothly from our modern offices in Belgrade or Čačak.

What You Will Do
Track Equipment: Monitor trailer and truck maintenance schedules. (30 trucks)
Coordinate Repairs: Schedule breakdown repairs with US workshops.
Manage Costs: Negotiate repair prices with service vendors.
Review Invoices: Verify maintenance bills for financial accuracy.
Update Systems: Record all repair details in company software.
Support Drivers: Guide drivers through mechanical issues remotely.

What We Look For
Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English.
Industry Knowledge: Prior US trucking maintenance experience required.
Communication: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Availability: Readiness to work afternoon/evening US shifts. (7am-4pm central time)
