DRIVER RECRUITER ROLE

Truck Driver Recruiter

(working hours 15-23h, flexible)

What we are looking for:

-Excellent communication skills (English required)
-Sales mindset and ability to persuade and follow up
-Strong work ethic and reliability
-Willingness to learn and grow in the recruiting field

Responsibilities:
-Actively search and identify potential truck driver candidates via Indeed or Social media.
-Conduct interviews and assess driver qualifications.
-Maintain relationships with candidates and provide information about the company.
-Track and update candidate information in human resources management systems.
-Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all driver requirements are met.

Qualifications:

-Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ready to work the second shift (3 pm-11 pm), flexible
-On site
-Identification and understandment of Owner Operators documentation
-Ability to identify and attract qualified candidates.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Knowledge of the transportation industry and relevant regulations.
