The job description:
-background check of candidates;
-daily communication with employee;
-managing and saving the paperwork that is needed for the trucks and drivers on the road;
-following the expiration dates of the driver’s personal documents required for the job;
-scheduling medical exams and drug testing, monitoring and control of trucks and company documentation;
-communication with insurance company and insurance policy renewal;
-resolving insurance claims regarding damages and company liability in the case of the accident;
-adjusting the company’s operations accordingly with the traffic and transportation related laws in the United States of America
