Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Administrator to join our team in Novi Sad. This is an office-based position focused on accounting and billing tasks on the brokerage side of our logistics business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing billing through customer platforms.
  • Processing incoming documentation (invoices, delivery notes, additional costs).
  • Preparing invoices and sending documentation to clients.
  • Keeping records of inflows and outflows and updating the system.
  • Communicating with subcontractors to collect documentation and payment details.
  • Providing payment status information.

Qualifications:

  • Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in accounting/billing is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Excel and online platforms is desirable.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
