We are looking for an experienced and responsible Fleet Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our trucking fleet.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily fleet operations
Communicate with drivers and ensure smooth workflow
Track driver performance, productivity, and compliance
Handle operational issues and find efficient solutions
Coordinate with Dispatch, Safety, Maintenance, and other departments
Monitor equipment and vehicle-related issues
Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar position
Experience in the U.S. trucking industry
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English
