Independent Trucking Recruiter (1099) – Owner Operator Recruiting
Forza Transportation is seeking experienced Independent Recruiters to help us connect with qualified Owner Operators across the United States.

This is a commission-based (Total percentage from drivers gross revenue) opportunity for recruiters who already have their own lead sources, driver network, social media presence, recruiting database, or other methods of generating trucking leads.

What We’re Looking For:
Independent recruiters with experience in the trucking industry
Access to Owner Operator leads and driver networks
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Self-motivated professionals who can work independently

Responsibilities:
Source and recruit qualified Owner Operators
Present Forza Transportation’s opportunity to potential candidates
Maintain communication with prospects throughout the onboarding process
Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth hiring process

Compensation:
Commission-based compensation (Total percentage from drivers gross revenue)
Unlimited earning potential
Work remotely from anywhere
