🔹 Job Description:
Find and recruit CDL Class A drivers
Contact potential candidates
Verify drivers’ qualifications and experience
Communicate with drivers throughout the hiring process
Track candidates and conduct regular follow-ups
Maintain candidate records
Work toward weekly and monthly recruiting goals
🔹 Requirements:
Previous experience recruiting CDL drivers is a major advantage
Knowledge of the trucking industry
Excellent communication skills
Good command of the English language
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
Results-driven and motivated to meet goals
Availability to work full-time
