We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operator to support our trucking fleet operations. This role is essential in ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers
Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate repairs
Maintain service records and maintenance logs
Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations
Monitor tire condition, oil levels, brakes, and other critical components
Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle performance and issues
Coordinate with external repair shops when necessary
