Track & Trace day shift

We are currently hiring an experienced Track & Trace Representative for our trucking company.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
Weekends Off

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a Track & Trace position
Strong organizational and communication skills
Highly motivated and responsible person
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Tracking and monitoring shipments
Providing updates to brokers and customers
Communicating with drivers and dispatch team
Ensuring on-time delivery updates and issue resolution
