Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Job
NS Global Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.

The main responsibility of this position is to ensure that completed loads are billed accurately and on time and that all required documentation is complete and properly submitted for customer payment.

Main Responsibilities
Bill completed loads to customers.
Review and submit all required billing documents, including BOLs, PODs, lumper receipts, detention paperwork, and other supporting documents.
Monitor submitted invoices and resolve any missing or rejected documentation.
Communicate with drivers to obtain missing, clear, and properly completed paperwork.
Follow up with brokers regarding missing documents, detention approvals, layover charges, TONU, and other accessorial charges.
Request corrected Rate Confirmations when rates or additional charges need to be updated.
Work closely with Dispatch and Operations to resolve billing discrepancies.
Keep accurate records of billed, pending, and corrected loads.
Ensure billing issues are resolved quickly to avoid payment delays.
We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with drivers, brokers, and internal departments.

1 year of experience in trucking billing or accounts receivable is preferred.
