NS Global Logistics is looking for a reliable, organized, and communicative After-Hours Operations Specialist to join our team.

This position is responsible for monitoring active loads and supporting drivers outside regular business hours, ensuring operations continue smoothly and any issues are resolved quickly.

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor active loads, pickups, deliveries, and driver status
Communicate with drivers during evening, night, and weekend shifts
Track ETAs and provide updates when needed
Communicate with brokers and customers regarding delays or operational issues
Assist drivers with breakdowns, appointment issues, detention, and other after-hours situations
Coordinate with Dispatch, Safety, and Operations when escalation is required
Keep accurate notes and provide a clear handoff to the daytime team
Respond quickly and professionally to urgent situations
Requirements:

Previous experience in U.S. trucking/logistics is preferred
Strong English communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Responsible, organized, and dependable
Good computer skills
Willingness to work evening/night shifts and weekends
