🚛 We’re Hiring: Dispatcher (53′ Dry Van)

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do:
• Book and manage loads for company drivers and owner-operators
• Communicate with brokers and customers regarding pickups and deliveries
• Monitor drivers, routes, and Hours of Service (HOS)
• Resolve operational issues and provide real-time support
• Build strong relationships with drivers and maintain accurate dispatch records

What we’re looking for:
✔ 1+ year of 53′ Dry Van dispatch experience
✔ Excellent English (written & spoken)
✔ Strong communication and multitasking skills
✔ Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
