Truck Dispatcher – 53’ Dry Van
Full-Time | On-Site in Belgrade or Remote

NT Solutions Inc. (MC#878767) is an established U.S. trucking company operating a fleet of nearly 100 trucks, supported by modern equipment ranging from model years 2022 to 2027 and $250,000 in cargo insurance coverage.

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as 53’ Dry Van Dispatchers. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dispatchers and candidates looking to start a career in the U.S. trucking industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily loads, coordinating with drivers and brokers, negotiating rates, tracking shipments, planning routes, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Previous dispatching experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with experience in U.S. trucking, particularly 53’ dry van operations, will have an advantage. We are also open to candidates who are willing to learn, take initiative, and develop their skills with our team.

Requirements
-Fluent English is essential.
-Previous U.S. trucking dispatch experience is an advantage, but not required.
-Knowledge of 53’ dry van operations is a plus.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
-A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
