Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. This is a great entry-level opportunity—no prior experience required.

Location: Belgrade (office-based)
Working Hours: Afternoon  shift

Key Responsibilities:

Communication with drivers and brokers
Tracking loads and supporting daily trucking operations
Assisting with invoices, payments, and documentation
Data entry and record keeping
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records
Requirements:

Good command of English (written and spoken)
Strong communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, especially Excel)
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow
