Responsibilities:

Communicate with drivers, clients, and carriers to coordinate shipments
Schedule and dispatch loads efficiently to optimize routes and delivery times
Monitor shipments in real-time and handle any issues that arise
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and client communications

Requirements:

Previous experience in dispatching is a must (minimum 2 years of experience)
Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Comfortable using dispatching software and  AI technology
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
