It is our duty to make sure that clients’ goods are transported on time and securely with our logistic services. We are available 24/7/365, to provide up-to-the-minute tracking on all our loads.

 

Role Description

Our reputation is built on the quality of our service, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Afterhours Tracking Specialist. You’ll be responsible for managing our tracking activities during after-hours periods. The ideal candidate should have 6+ months of experience, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of tracking procedures. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operation of our tracking systems and resolving any issues.

 

**Please note that work from the office in Novi Sad is mandatory.

***You will work five nights a week, following a monthly rotation, with shifts running from 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Sunday.

 

Responsibilities

  • Shipment tracking, locating and coordinating the movement of the freight
  • Providing support and updates to drivers and customers
  • High-level focus on customer service
  • Always updating customers if there are any delays or unexpected situations
  • Solving problems that could affect on-time delivery
  • Making sure freight is loaded/unloaded correctly, and documents match
  • Identifying any special needs for each load and prioritizing time-sensitive loads
  • Booking loads, collecting paperwork

 

How do we imagine an ideal new colleague?

  • 6+ months of experience as a Tracking Specialist or in transportation industry
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge and experience in tracking systems, with proficiency in relevant software tools
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision during afterhours shifts

It is highly desirable for the candidate to possess strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, adhere to established procedures, and exhibit a strong work ethic, as these qualities are essential for success in the role.
