Responsibilities:
Contacting and screening CDL A drivers (applicants, USA labor market) via call, text, email.
Collecting and organizing candidates’ complete documentation.
Creating and maintaining candidate pipelines in our ATS. Accurate and organized work administration.
Making all the necessary arrangements for candidates’ tests, researching travel arrangements and providing necessary support for the candidates during the scheduling, orientation process and onboarding.
Optimizing retention by cultivating a culture of communication and loyalty.

Qualifications:
CDL Class A recruiting / USA Logistics or Sales experience is preferred but not obligatory – in case you are missing direct recruiting qualifications we would tailor a paid and efficient training that fits your needs specifically
Must be able to work from our office in Belgrade, no remote work options available.
Proficient English user.
Digitally adept (professional usage of Microsoft 365, Tenstreet, Indeed, Zip Recruiter or other job platforms and ATS’s).
Solution and detail-oriented.
Flexible and reliable team player.
Great communication skills and a proactive mind.
Passionate about cross-cultural cooperation.
