ELD Technical Support – Skopje Office

We are looking for a communicative and technically skilled individual for the position of ELD Technical Support at Wersirius. This role involves providing technical and customer support to clients using ELD (Electronic Logging Device) systems in compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations. The goal is to resolve technical and operational issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and resolving client inquiries/tickets related to ELD devices and applications
• Diagnosing issues (synchronization, GPS, Bluetooth, data transmission, login errors)
• Guiding clients through solutions (via phone, chat, remote access)
• Collaborating with ELD providers, the IT team, and the ELD Manager on more complex cases
• Documenting communication in CRM/ticketing systems
• Educating clients on proper ELD usage and basic HOS rules
• Testing and verifying functionality after issue resolution
• Monitoring trends and reporting on recurring issues and client feedback
• Contributing to the knowledge base and internal guides

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer/technical support
• Knowledge of ELD systems and FMCSA/DOT regulations (especially HOS)
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical thinking and technical problem-solving abilities
• Active knowledge of English
• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk, or similar) is a plus
