Truck Driver Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team.

This is a remote position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, contacting, and hiring qualified truck drivers and owner-operators for Box and Semi trucks who meet our operational and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively call and engage potential truck drivers and owner-operators

• Conduct interviews and assess qualifications, experience, and compliance

• Thoroughly understand and manage the hiring and onboarding process, including MVR, PSP, and employment verification

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with drivers and owner-operators

• Collaborate with internal teams to support driver retention efforts

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills with a solid understanding of the trucking hiring process

• Previous experience in recruiting, truck driver recruiting, sales, or similar roles

• Ability to work second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment

Compensation:

• Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
