381 Logistics LLC is a growing logistics and transportation company focused on efficiency, reliability, and strong communication with our drivers and clients. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Dispatchers.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate loads, communicate with drivers, and ensure timely and efficient deliveries. No prior dispatching experience is required — we provide full training. Candidates with previous dispatch or logistics experience are more than welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
Dispatch and coordinate drivers for daily routes and loads
Communicate with drivers regarding pickup, delivery times, and route updates
Monitor shipments and resolve any delays or issues
Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and driver activity
Communicate with brokers, customers, and internal team members
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
Provide support to drivers throughout their shifts
 

Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, dispatch software – training provided)
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection (for remote positions)
Previous dispatching or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
