Dispatcher (Flatbed / Dry Van / Reefer) – Skopje Office

Our company is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team. If you have experience with Flatbed, Dry Van, or Reefer operations and want to work in a dynamic, international environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily routes for drivers in accordance with load type and client requirements
• Communicate with drivers throughout the entire transportation process and provide real-time support
• Track truck movement using GPS and TMS systems
• Organize and oversee different types of freight, including flatbed (oversized, secured loads, tarping), dry van, and temperature controlled (reefer) shipments
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and resolve potential issues
• Collaborate with internal teams (Track & Trace, Safety, Maintenance, Accounting)
• Maintain accurate records and update data in the TMS system
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and optimize routes and operational costs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a dispatcher (experience with flatbed, dry van, or reefer required)
• Strong understanding of freight specifics (load securement, tarping, temperature control, load dimensions, etc.)
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and experience working with TMS systems
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of U.S. geography and routes (preferred)
