Afterhours Specialist (Remote)

Tesla Logistics Inc is looking for an afterhours specialist for the night shift, (4 PM to 12 AM EST) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Track & Trace Support

– Monitor shipment and truck status during overnight operations

– Communicate with drivers and brokers to provide load updates when required

– Maintain accurate load notes and operational updates in internal systems

EFS & Operational Payments

– Issue EFS codes for approved purchases (repairs, lumpers, etc.)

– Collect and submit receipts and documentation

Driver Support & Breakdowns

– Answer breakdown-related calls from drivers

– Collect photos and details of the issue and troubleshoot remotely when possible

– Coordinate roadside service or direct drivers to the nearest repair shop

– Authorize repairs and arrange payment when needed

– Collect and submit photos, invoices, and related documentation

Requirements:

– Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

– Minimum 2 years of experience in afterhours shift , driver support, or logistics operations

– US trucking experience preferred

– Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Starting salary US$1200 (depends on experience)
