We are looking for a Billing Specialist to support a client in the trucking and transportation industry. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy structured administrative work, this could be the right opportunity for you. Previous billing or trucking experience is not required. We value reliability and a willingness to learn.

Your Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and send invoices to clients

Organise scanned documents and upload paperwork to online portals

Follow client-specific billing procedures

Communicate with clients via email and respond to inquiries promptly

Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines

Use Excel and digital tools to manage billing information

Support client accounts and collaborate with the billing team

What You’ll Bring
Good command of written and spoken English

Confidence using computers, Excel, and online platforms

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A calm, patient, and reliable approach to repetitive tasks

Ability to follow procedures, work independently, and collaborate with a team

Willingness to learn

Previous administrative or office experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
