My name is Tony and I am an experienced customer support specialist. I have more than 5 years of work experience in a BPO industry and with additional 6 years of working remotely.

My work experience includes working in a telco company where I was a customer service representative responsible for answering our customers inquiry about their bills, mobile subscription usage and answer FAQs, And then my next work experience is to an online advertising company as a customer support for our client who wants to build up their marketing. and I also worked to a Social media management platform or applications as a product support.

My most recent job experience was working with a trucking company as an administrative support of quality assurance , my tasks includes reviewing loads, carriers insurances making sure that it complies to company standards and ensure that it complies to FMCSA and DOT safety regulations. I am also responsible for reviewing the driver’s log work(ELD) making sure that the data they had for their driving work is accurate and legitimate.
