About Me
I work fully remote with U.S. based trucking companies, handling claims on a commission-based or performance-based model. My role is focused on taking ownership of the claim process, reducing internal workload for carriers, and improving recoveries through proper documentation, follow-up, and negotiation. I integrate directly into existing operations, work independently, and am results-driven rather than volume-driven.
Services provided include auto liability claims, cargo claims, physical damage claims, subrogation and recovery, claim documentation and filing, adjuster communication and escalation, loss investigation support, and internal claims process setup and SOP development.

Education
Bar Exam - Republic of Serbia
Successfully passed the bar exam and obtained a professional license, with formal training in civil, commercial, insurance, and procedural law. Legal background directly applied in claims handling, liability analysis, dispute resolution, documentation review, and negotiations.
Mediation
Completed certified mediation training with focus on dispute resolution, negotiation techniques, conflict management, and structured settlement discussions. Practical skills later applied in insurance claims negotiations and recovery processes.
Master of Laws (LLM)

Claims Specialist
Providing consulting and hands-on claims management services to small and midsize U.S. trucking companies. Handling cargo, auto liability, and physical damage claims with a focus on liability analysis, coverage review, documentation accuracy, and recovery opportunities. Coordinating directly with insurance carriers, adjusters, brokers, and legal teams to streamline claim resolution, reduce costs, and improve outcomes. Advising clients on best practices, internal claims workflows, and risk management related to claims handling.
Claims Specialist
Handling freight, physical damage, and liability claims from intake through resolution. Conducting detailed claim investigations in line with carrier liability rules, contracts, and registrations. Daily communication with insurance companies, brokers, police officers, lawyers, appraisers, and towing companies. Managing subrogation processes, negotiating towing and storage charges, collecting complete freight and accident documentation, and resolving complex claims with multiple stakeholders.
Business Development Executive
Business-to-business sales and consulting-focused role. Managing sales pipeline, cold calling, lead qualification, CRM usage, and follow-up with potential clients. Preparing documentation, consulting on insurance-related services, communicating with brokers, and closing deals. Supporting onboarding and training of new team members.
