My name is Nikola Rajkovic, a 35-year-old trucking professional with seven years of experience in the U.S. trucking industry. I started my career as a dispatcher, advanced to Lead Dispatcher, and later served as the main company manager for five years.
Alongside dispatch operations, I have hands-on experience across all major departments, including safety and claims, accounting, track and trace, ELD compliance, maintenance coordination, and driver recruiting.
