Marko Rančić

Since graduating from high school, I have been working in Fleet Maintenance, focused on keeping trucks safe, road-ready, and operational in real-world conditions. I have one year of hands-on experience, including all three shifts (day, night, and overnight) and extensive on-the-road repair support, where fast decision-making and accountability are essential.

At one point, I successfully worked for two companies at the same time, which required strong organization, discipline, and the ability to perform consistently under pressure. This experience further strengthened my capacity to handle high-stress situations, manage multiple priorities, and deliver reliable results without compromising quality.

I am accustomed to working in demanding environments, communicating clearly with drivers and teams, and resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime. I am highly motivated to continue learning and improve my skills, and I take pride in being dependable, focused, and solution-oriented.

I am currently seeking a remote position where I can apply my fleet maintenance experience while continuing to grow professionally within the trucking industry. I am ready to adapt quickly, prove my value, and become a long-term asset to a company that values responsibility, resilience, and dedication.
