Hi, my name is Mihailo. I have experience working as a freight dispatcher for the U.S. trucking market. I have worked with both box trucks and 53-foot dry vans, managing around 7 to 10 trucks at a time.

My responsibilities included finding and booking loads, negotiating rates with brokers, communicating with drivers and brokers, planning routes, tracking loads, and making sure everything was running smoothly from pickup to delivery. I’m a good communicator, organized, responsible, and able to work well under pressure. I’m also comfortable multitasking and handling multiple trucks and loads at the same time.

I’m always willing to learn, improve, and take on new responsibilities.
