Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Assist with account management, including service inquiries, updates, and troubleshooting. Billing: Process customer billing and invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Review and resolve billing discrepancies and provide explanations to customers. Collaborate with the nance team to address payment issues and ensure accounts are current. Track and manage billing cycles and subscriptions. Dispatch: Coordinate with eld technicians and service providers to schedule and dispatch service requests. Ensure timely and ecient delivery of services according to customer specications. Keep customers informed about the status of dispatches and service timelines. Maintain records of dispatch activities and service completions in company systems
