About Me
I have several abilities that can be of great importance to the company, namely: communication and work in English and doing it with great efficiency, strong organizational skills, good communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a team and maintain good interpersonal relations, ability to work under pressure and perform several tasks at the same time.
All of the above is part of my daily activities in the position of recruiter / team-leader. In addition to recruiting, I also managed and advised a team of 15 people. In the position of substitue manager of the recruiting department, I had tasks to supervise the department with constant communication with team-leaders regarding solving problems in the department or meeting weekly quotas. After two years in the company, I got the opportunity to go to Chicago where I worked as a
Yard Manager; where my task, in addition to selling trucks to drivers, was also to maintain each one
truck at the yard; making a work order and sending a truck to the shop for things that needed fixing, so
the truck could be immediately driven from the yard after the sale has been done. After a few months I was promoted to
the position of Operations manager; where my task was to follow the equipment (truck and trailer) on the road using
GeoTab and Samsara for the purpose of relocating the equipment if necessary as well as doing repossession
after the decision has been made that the driver has been terminated but is not cooperating. I was also in charge of communicating with managers of the dispatch, accounting, fleet, repossession and asset departments regarding the drivers who were in front
termination, after talking with the managers of the mentioned departments, he would talk with the driver and
made a decision whether the driver should be terminated or not..
Also one of the biggest successes in the trucking industry are over 400 recruited trains, more than 1000
applied, sold 8 trucks in one week as a recruiter, managing a department of 60 people…
