After Hours Agent

We are looking for a reliable and proactive After Hours Agent to join our trucking operations team in Nis office.

Responsibilities:

– Monitor active loads and ensure smooth pickup and delivery processes.
– Maintain communication with drivers, brokers, and customers regarding load status, updates, and potential delays.
– Assist drivers with after-hours operational issues and provide timely support when needed.
– Coordinate and follow up on equipment repairs, roadside assistance, and maintenance-related matters.
– Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient problem resolution.
– Update internal systems and operational reports accurately and in a timely manner.
– Escalate urgent situations and help identify the most effective solutions to minimize service disruptions.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is needed.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
