Truck Driver Recruiter (Remote Position)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team.

This is a fully remote position, working 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday).

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, contacting, and hiring qualified truck drivers and owner-operators for Box and Semi trucks, ensuring they meet all operational and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to and engage potential truck drivers and owner-operators

• Conduct interviews and evaluate qualifications, experience, and compliance

• Manage the full hiring and onboarding process, including MVR, PSP, and employment verification

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with drivers and owner-operators

• Collaborate with internal teams to support driver retention efforts

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong organizational skills and solid understanding of the trucking hiring process

• Previous experience in recruiting, truck driver recruiting, sales, or similar roles

• Availability to work second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
