Track and Trace Agent

What we are looking for:

Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Responsible and professional approach to work
Motivation to learn and develop
Willingness to work in shifts
Good communication and organizational skills
A proactive attitude and attention to detail
Spanish language knowledge is a plus, but not required

Key responsibilities:

Monitor and update shipment statuses
Provide timely updates to brokers and internal teams
Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, paperwork and other issues
Handle accident reporting and other afterhours emergency calls
Arrange flights and hotel accommodations for drivers as needed
Process payments, parking fees, and scale tickets
Ensure high-quality customer service and effective communication
