We are looking for a Recruiting Agent to join our team in Novi Sad. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on supporting our driver recruitment operations in the U.S. market.
As a Recruiting Agent, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for truck drivers – from initial lead processing to onboarding support. The role involves daily communication with candidates, conducting phone interviews, collecting and processing documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.This position requires working hours aligned with U.S. time zones and a high level of organization, communication, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing inbound leads and applications for driver positions
Conducting phone interviews with potential candidates
Collecting, reviewing, and organizing candidate documentation
Submitting documentation for background and compliance checks
Informing candidates about job conditions, benefits, expectations, and company policies
Coordinating with dispatch, safety, and operations teams to ensure a smooth hiring process
Maintaining and regularly updating the candidate database
Scheduling driver orientations
Arranging flight and bus tickets for incoming drivers when needed
Providing continuous support to candidates throughout the entire hiring process
