Dispatch/Dispečer za USA tržište

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with brokers and drivers
Booking loads and planning routes
Tracking shipments in real time
Negotiating rates and transportation terms
Updating data in dispatch and tracking systems
Efficient cooperation with other teams (Accounting, Safety, Track & Trace)
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry
Advanced knowledge of English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good organization, multitasking, and fast decision-making
Knowledge of logistics processes (an advantage, but not required)
