JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Specialist to manage and coordinate maintenance operations for our fleet of trucks and trailers. This role is essential in ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency across our transportation operations.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs
Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance (repairs, inspections, oil changes, etc.)
Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle condition and issues
Coordinate road service and emergency breakdown support
Work with vendors and repair shops
Track invoices and maintenance costs
Ensure compliance with safety and DOT regulations

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet maintenance
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Experience with Excel or maintenance software
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
